A softspoken fae.
Due to his sickly constitution his energy comes in bursts. When energetic he likes to spend time around his friends and acquaintances to socialise and listen to their stories. Otherwise he can be found drawing, or reading books.
If possible he prefers not to speak and let others do the talking.Online he tries to stream whenever possible, but due to his constant fatigue any schedule is hard to keep. Please be patient with him.

Lore

Every part of Chrys is just one of many shards of a much more complex being.This version of Chrys holds the name: Chrys Alis, and he is what is presumed to be the Core, the Soul, the Heart of this entity.

Legend has it that in a previous life he got cursed by a powerful deity, shattering what he once was. Pieces of him hurled across time and space only to be reborn as mere shadows of their former self. Legends describe his existence as a Kaleidoscope, a patchwork of colourful - yet broken- shards that when placed together form one complex - one complete - person.Aware of this curse Chrys has left his place among the fae courts to journey across the stars and find those pieces that once were lost.

All Artworks will be hand drawn from scratch based on your description and any references you provide.
Chrys is dedicated to never use AI in their commission work, though is accepting of AI being used by the client to help visualise aspects of their characters and concepts.

  • Do I have to credit you? Yes! Please credit @ChrysalidCore on Twitter if sharing the artwork there, otherwise please link back to my twitter or this carrd!

  • Are your models rigged? No, unless otherwise specified, or discussed.

  • Can I commission you for something not mentioned on your page? Yes, you can! We will negotiate a price depending on what you are looking for.

  • What are your Do's and Don'ts for drawing? I draw almost anything aside from fetish-art, Guro and the like. I struggle with complicated Mecha and Armor but am willing to try! Almost anything else is free game tho!

  • You are PROHIBITED from associating any of my work with NFTs or Cryptocurrencies.

Payment and Fees

  • How is payment handled? All payment, invoicing etc will be done over Paypal. You will pay in full once you approve of the sketch. The artwork should be finished within 10 business days in most cases. Models and more complex artworks (i.e. Reference Sheets) take longer. Feel free to ask for updates!

  • What extra fees are there? I prefer working from references or moodboards. The more I have to work off of text, the more your commission will cost.

  • For Live/Inochi2D Models without a reference sheet I charge an additional 100EUR design fee on average.

  • Additionally, addons such as Alt Outfits or expressions cost extra.

  • For VROID Models the price depends hugely on desired complexity.

Commercial Use

  • Can I use your art commercially? Yes, and no. Live/Inochi2D and Vroid Models have a commercial License included in their price. If you want to use Illustrations commercially, please let me know beforehand and I will adjust the price to reflect that.

  • What counts as commercial use? Depends. Art of your FFXIV OC that you share on social media/discord would be classified as personal use (even if posted to "brand accounts"). On the Flipside: Art of your Vtuber Avatar may be subject to commercial use fees if you post it to any branded social media that links directly to your streams, patreon, or other pages that generate revenue.

  • (Vtubers) I'm rebranding, can I resell your work? NO. Any commissions you get from me cannot be resold. I may make exceptions if you contact me first.

  • Larger Commissions will require the signing of a separate contract.
